Terms of Service

Rezano (we, us, the Service) provides a web and mobile application for tracking employee work time, managing schedules, leave requests, and generating reports. The Service is operated by the entity.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent. Each account is for one organization; sharing across organizations is not allowed.

You agree not to misuse the Service - no spam, no reverse engineering, no scraping beyond reasonable use, no illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Pricing is shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel anytime - access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

You own your data. We process it to provide the Service per our Privacy Policy. You can export your data anytime from settings.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss outside our control, or third-party service outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may delete your account anytime. We may terminate accounts for material breach with reasonable notice. On termination your data is deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Latvian courts.
